Couper Russ Studios LLC is a Las Vegas, Nevada–based business dedicated to the cultivation and elevation of contemporary visual culture. Our practice spans art production, curation, critical writing, installation, and consulting—offering a holistic approach to engaging with art across both public and private contexts.

Founded in 2011 by Matthew Couper and Jo Russ, Couper Russ Studios LLC operates at the intersection of aesthetics and environment, collaborating with artists, institutions and collectors to bring ambitious, conceptually rich projects to life. Our aim remains consistent: to foster thoughtful, dynamic encounters between art and its audiences.

We believe in the power of art not simply as an object of attention, but as a catalyst for dialogue, transformation, and community. Our projects are grounded in both conceptual rigor and hands-on craftsmanship, shaped by years of experience navigating the creative ecosystems of the American Southwest and beyond.

Our current clientele includes private collectors across the United States—in Las Vegas, New York, Denver, and California—as well as internationally in New Zealand, Australia, France, Hong Kong, and The Netherlands.
